Things that are better now....

1) I'm SO much more comfortable.  Clothes are loose, I bend easily, I cross my legs.  I paint my toenails!

2) My feet don't hurt!  Partly I'm carrying around 43 fewer pounds and partly MY FEET ARE THINNER so shoes don't rub.

3) My back doesn't hurt.  I have a condition where a vertebrae can slip forward--so belly weight aggravates.  It will flare up if I stand for long periods still, but it's got to be LONG now, not just cooking dinner like it used to be.

4) I feel great on my bicycle.  In the past, I was always self-conscious about breathing hard when I was riding.  I swear, I would ride up hills breathing through my nose just to show the @#$%$#@s.  Now, I'm a lot faster, and I don't mind breathing hard.  I'm not worried about what anybody else thinks.

SO HAPPY WITH MY SLEEVE.
