I was wondering if any of you that have lost all but the last 20lbs find it the hardest?  Seems like I am really having to step up my game. Thanks Dolly

Yes, I have been hovering at 167 - 170, seems like forever. I need to loose another 10 to 20 lbs. Scale is just not moving.

UGH, yes, I am having the hardest time with the last 15.  It's taking me as long to lose it as it did the first 105. UGH!!!!!  I calculated the other day that it took me almost 3 months to get out of the 140's.  I hit 149 on 4/12 and didn't hit 139 until 7/4.  Now I'm down to the last 3 stinking lousy pounds and they are just not budging.  Again UGH!!! :)

Might check the maintenance board at http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/VSGM/discussion/. That is where a lot of the veterans lurk and post. They might be able to help.
