Did anyone else have a fluctuation in their cycles following their VSG??? I am 15 days out & should have had my period last week, but nothing yet! My hubby has had a vasectomy & got a clean check after so I know I am not pregnant...

Same month as surgery it was several days late. Now this month I'm over a week late. I would assume thats pretty normal considering weight change and hormone changes affect your cycle. I'm not stressing it, but if you are ask your Doctor.

Mine became like clockwork and super regular. Before I'd go a year with a heavy period and then months without anything...

Im 1.5 months late (and not complaining!) This surgery can throw your cycle off in either direction!

I am a week late, I had mine last month a week before my surgery.. And my hubby as well had a vasectomy, so I know it is not pregnancy..

I was supposed to get my period 1 week before surgery and I scared it away somehow! HA!
Now, I'm 3.5 weeks post-op and still nothing... not fussed, sounds like the body is going through alot of adjustments and it will probably take a bit to get back to "normal" - whatever normal was...

LOL.. Thanks for posting the question. Its News you can use. I been waiting for company all week before surgery and no one has showed up here either. I guess they got scared and ran away but if they decide to come back I sure hope its before 08/01/11 or I will be very disappointed to see them. Take care.
