Happy Monday! VSG is two weeks away!!

Good Monday morning everyone! 

I start my two week pre-op diet today in preparation for my VSG on Monday August 1st. I'm very excited and ready to get on with this new chapter of my life.

I'd like to thank everyone on OH for their great posts and input into this amazing transformation. I'll hoist a protein shake in your honor!

Hey Chris, I just got my paperwork today and it looks like we are having surgery the same day! Maybe we can keep each other sane over the next two weeks of protein shakes :)

Congratulations!!! I am going in on Friday, 7/29. Can't wait to het this over with and be on the other side!!!
