1) I am attending my first support group meeting. Any insight on what to expect?

2) I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my picture small enough to upload it for a profile pic. Help?

Support groups vary so much, depending on who runs them, what surgery the patients had, how long post or pre op they are. But I think you can expect to hear real life stories. Most of the time there is a chance to ask questions or share experiences. I laid low during my first one and mostly listened to what others had to say.
