Recommitting ........

I had gotten of track with exercising and tracking my daily intake.

I have re committed to do both. For now I will track daily on myfitnesspal.com.

And get up at least 10mins early to get in a mile walk with Walk Away The Pounds.

Didn't wait til Monday....started Saturday up at 5:15. Felt really good afterwards.

Anyone else need to RECOMMITT!!!

I  jumpin in with ya....Just got new running shoes yesterday....I'm going to try and do a  5K on Sept 18,2011...wish me luck.  I will need it.   I also need to track more. I love my sleep in the morning.  It is really hard to get up early.  I already start work at 6:30 am.  I totally agree with you on encouraging each other.  That is what these boards are ALL about.  Keep up the good work.
