I mainly use mine to cook shredded meat (sandwiches for the family, plain for me.)  I cook it all day so it's super tender.  I add moisture and have never had anything dry out.

Chicken or turkey breast with chicken broth and a packet of turkey gravy powder/mix.

Chicken breast and a jar of salsa.

Chicken breast or pork with a can of cream soup and YaYa B (greek seasoning salt.)

BBQ beef- cook a roast until it can shred.  Then add BBQ sauce to taste.  This has more sugar with the BBQ sauce but is a family favorite so we have it now and then.

I love Eggface's crock pot roast beef recipe. go to her site theworldaccordingtoeggface.com and search on pot roast. It uses cream of chicken, lipton onion soup mix and wine. Yummy!
