Try different temperatures of liquids. For me, I liked hot at first. Then after a few days, my tummy liked cold better....then try warm, not quite cold....and small sips....it gets better .....

I drank water with a little lemon and splenda..  Little sips, walk, rest. It really does get better in a day or two.

keep sipping, set a timer and try 1 ounce over 15 minutes the whole time you are awake..try different drinks..go slow and do your best
