Thanks Jack :) That article came just in time LOL I am 2 weeks out from surgery plus the 12 days before on liquids and wham starting friday morning no budge on scale, matter of fact it went up a pound. I am not freaking as I have done much reading but still... tomatoe soup and farina cannot possibly make me gain lol I book marked it in case my brain needs some reminding .. thanks again Dawn
