More whining about month 7 stall

I know I whined about this last week, but I feel like whining more

I was lucky to not have any real stalls early out. I lost 11 during my 10 day liquid diet, 22 month 1, 11month 2, 10.5 month 3, 12 month 4, 11.5 month 5, 9.5 month 6, and 8 month 7. Week 29, 3 lbs.

This was my first week losing 0 . I have been bouncing up and down every day. Yep, I'm sure a lot of things contribute to the stall- a new gym routine with weight lifting, yoga and running, a slight increase in calories (instead of 600-800, I'm usually 700-1100), my body adjusting, etc. I'm also trying to get more protein in (70-90 instead of 60+) due to my labs, and trying to eat a little carbs (ie, half cup grapes after my 1 ounce jerky) prior to my workout.

Like many stallers, I'm afraid that I'm done losing. I know that probably isn't true, but I'm still a little nervous that it might be.... Can't wait until the scale goes down again, and stays down!

I know I probably shouldn't weigh every day, but I can't help it...

I feel ya!
I didn't stall ever until last month, but have to admit being very busy has had me not exercising and sometimes eating fast food . No fries with that, and I throw the bread away, but not healthy either. I've not been eating enough veggies and fruit, nor drinking enough water, and I think that's a problem as well. My weight actually went up, then down a few times probably for the same reasons so I've only had a net loss of 6 pounds in the last couple of months. It's ok...and I feel good, strong, and will be ready to regroup when my hated Chemistry class ends for better or worse in 2 weeks. That thing is stressing me to death, adding to my indifference about the weight loss for right now. One thing I am not going to do is reduce my +or-1200 cal diet right now as trying too low calorie plays havoc with me mentally, and I'm forgetful and scatterbrained enough as it is.
We will get better, hang in there.

You are doing great! And it's amazing that this is your first week of not losing!! That started in month 3 for me. I've had several weeks of no losses and even some small gains. It's certainly demoralizing, but if you stick to the plan, you'll get past this.

Scales mess with our minds. But I still weigh daily.

You have done great! be thankful that this is your first real stall and allow your body to adjust and the weight loss will start up again. Keep us informed!

Don't be so hasty. When I stalled my doctor reminded me that the process slows tremendously as one gets closer to goal. He suggested that I work less on weights and muscle toning And increase aerobic activities. I have heard it said that the last 10lbs is the hardest. Please keep us posted. .
