My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Thank you. Last year I though I had lost some weight but looking now I see that I have lost more. Only in pictures do I see my self thinner. My mind loves to play games with me.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Collar Bones lol have not see them in years. Now ever pic I have my kids tell me wow you can see your Bones. I never though of them before.

Evie my pain is getting better. I am back in the gym trying to get to where I was 2 months ago before the tuck. My surgeon told me in April he is going to be selling his protein foods again and drinks. I will keep you in mind when he gets in his new office. How are the eyes?
