Back from vacation...
and I want to go back.
I was so scared but it was very easy to make good food choices. The resort was huge so we did a lot of walking. I also was walking on the beach every day for 30-40 min. As a result I did not gain my usual 5 lbs. I lost 2 lbs. 3 month ago would not enjoy this vacation as much.
This is my last vacation in April 2011.
