where is the cornell wls link ??? or when u came home and were on clears what is allowed....my nut thinks i remembered from when i was banded...but i need a refresher course...surg is wed..... not sure about rev. but def. getting debanded......ouch !!!!!!!

@ Silly_Sweet, yesterday (I think) you posted 3 links. One was the vsgfaq link shown above, but the other 2 were Eggface and one other. For some reason that 3rd link didn't get bookmarked. Could you either post that link again or send me a PM? I'm doing as much reading as I possibly can before I get to Mushie and food stages so I can go into my journey will my head on straight. Thanks
