4 months pic

 Every month it's easier and easier to move around and live my life. 

My weight loss is very slow- 48-49 lbs so far and the scale is frozen for two and a half weeks. Please move. No inches are coming off either. So I'm not shedding my weight, I'm losing it. I'm losing hair like crazy, but... whatever. As long as it's coming off with those pounds that I don't need anymore.

Wow!  Despite the slow loss you are looking Fantastic.  Look at that waistline and nice curves!  Perhaps this way you will not have a lot of skin to deal with.  Keep up the positive attitude and great work!

 Yes, I use to have a waistline. It's well hidden. lol. Hope it will show up soon.

You look stunning! That black and white dress is pure class! And the shoes!!! HAWT...I'm just sayin!!! I just want to ask you...when in your life have you lost approx. 12.5 pounds for four months steady and KNEW you weren't going to gain them back? Stay on the path and you'll be just fine. I was the queen of stair step losses, but the end goal is what matters! Don't get discouraged...this too shall pass!
