Beef Jerky?
Lots of protein, lots of sodium.
No reason you shouldn't have a serving a day as long as your overall sodium isn't already high, but make sure you're getting plenty of liquids to flush the sodium out.

Since I know you're in the same vicinity....might I make a suggestion?
I buy my jerky from Robertson's (near Terrell) or online through their site.
A one ounce serving has 90 cals, 20g protein and only 1g carbs. The sodium is also relatively low (as far as jerky goes) at 330mg per serving.
Plus, it is very thin, yet it takes quite a bit of effort to chew thoroughly....so it helps me eat more slowly.
It's definitely worth looking at. It is a bit more expensive than a regular store brand, but I like supporting their business and have done so for years. (and no, I don't get paid to recommend 'em...though I think I should get a frequent purchaser discount!!!)
