3 Week Stall
I have been on a 3 week stall myself. I started using myfittnesspal.com and realized that there are very few good carbs and that is the reason for my stall. I'm at 1200 calories but over a 100 grams of carbs and that's too much. My doctor's office told me to stick to 80 - 100 grams protein and NO more than 60 grams of carbs and not to worry about the calories and you know what...when I do that, I'm barely at 1000 calories and the scale goes down.
Carbs are the slippery slope, for me it's like have pain medicine laying around, I can't have it. Hope you figure out what works for you!
