100 Pound Down!!!
When I started I weighed in at 334. Then I lost 50 pounds on my pre surgery diet and since surgery 12/19/11 I have lost another 50 pounds. Tonight I hit 234!!!
I am amazed at the progress that I have made and can't wait to continue my journey as I haven't even hit 3 months post op yet. I have stuck to my diet very closely but I will have to admit to a few days of head hunger but I did not give in. A little acid at night but nothing major.I exercise and am slowly increasing the amount. I am now wearing xl shirts instead of the 4x one I used to wear. I can walk up and down stairs without getting winded and I have energy to play with my 16 month old daughter.
Although I may not have directly messaged you on the forum I have followed several of the veterans on here and followed their good advice,.and want to say thank you. I have also done a lot of research and working with my doctor as well.
