I am exactly 4 month out...down 54 lbs and hit that magic number today...199!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I am SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!

For all of you that are considering surgery or in the first 3 weeks of hell...

This is the best decison of my life. Food no longer controls me!!!
