the paperwork battle begins

Submitted my request to my insurance company today, wondering how long it will take to get my denial letter and start the appeal process (my ins covers band & rny but I'm hoping to get the vsg approved) hoping the process will be fairly quick as I'm expecting to have to take it all the way to an independant review by the state insurance commisioner and pray they side with me.
