Hi!
I used to take the Bariatric Advantage multi's & the calcium with Vit. D. I still take their calcium but I switched multi's & am now taking Trader Joe's multi with minerals chewable. I guess I will see ony 1 year appt. if my vitamin levels are still good. I don't see why not. Both brands sell in a 3 month supply. BA's cost $50 & Trader Joe's cost $7.99. I figured it was worth a shot to switch.
I also switched my B12 to Nature Made & I prefer them since they dissolve alot faster than the Bariatric Advatange & a lot cheaper too!

WWBD?
I started using the VitaFusion gummy multivitamin for adults. It doesn't have iron so I added a separate iron tablet. I also got the VitaFusion calcium gummy vitamins. They all taste candy and my sleeve seemed to be ok with them as long as I took them right after (or shortly after) I ate. I bought the VitaFusion stuff at Costco. Also got the Nature's Bounty sublingual B12 from Costco, but it's 2500mg so the doc told me to take it every other day.

For now, I'm using Bariatric Fusion chewables. They've got everything in one (fewer pills to remember) but are pretty expensive. Once I'm more secure in my new life, I may look for less pricey alternatives but for now, this is working for me. As soon as my new order comes in, I'll be starting their sub-lingual B12 too.
