NET CARBS or CARBS listed??

Thanks for all of the advice. I have done great thus far, but my weight loss is slowing down for sure. I want to keep it ramped up. I have recently logged on to myfitnesspal.com and seeing the calories, carbs and protein listed there is eye-opening. My first six months, I only tracked my protein intake, making sure I got at least 70 grams. Now on this website, I see over the last few weeks, when my weight loss has slowed, I was probably getting close to 1000-1200 calories and for sure over 40 carbs. I want (and need) to lose more weight and just want to make sure I'm on the right track.

You can do this, increase your dense lean protein intake and low carb veggies, decrease everything else.  Keep your calories under 800 and drink like a fish.  I am pulling for you.  :)
