I finally found an eating schedule that works out best for me and NO MATTER WHAT that includes 2 shakes per day.  My schedule is realistic too, today I got in 85g of protein, 27 carbs, 641 cal and 40oz of liquids.  I need to work on the liquids.

What's your schedule like? Right now I'm not having a very tough time, I'm getting at least 80oz liquid and 70g protein a day, but I know that when I go back to work I'll have to really stick to a schedule. What works for you?

My work hours are 4pm - Midnight

2pm Shake
5pm snack
8pm Dinner
10pm Shake
00:30 Snack

I get 65 grams of protein from shakes alone

I hope you find a schedule that works for you. If not you'll find yourself snacking a lot, which I was doing.

That's awesome! I may have to add a shake to my diet now too. I already have one in the am but I may need to go to 2 or 3!  Good for you on figuring out what you need!!
