My 3 miles walk in the wild

So this morning I woke up and a friend called me.  She asked me if I wanted to go for a walk.  I said sure.  It turn out to be a hike at near by mountain trail.  We power walk up this crazy hills, and great trails.  We did a 3 mile hike in about 1 hour.   I tell ya, it felt good!!

I never thought i would say this but I am soo happy to be this sore. LOL

WOW you are out there quick after your surgery. My doc told me I couldn't start exercising yet. BUT this morning I walk a mile on the treadmill anyway, just because I think I am ready. I feel great too! BUT no 3 mile hike for me... you go girl!

I hope it's cool where you are! I'm jealous--sounds like a great walk!

 I am in NY.  I am not clear for heavy duty work out until July 15 but my doctor told me I can walk all i wanted as long as i don't over due it.  

I felt very good in my walk.  We kept walking and we kept going and going until we did 3 miles.  LOL
