3 mth appt yesterday
I had my 3 mth appointment yesterday and I have officially lost 40 pounds since surgery and my BP is still at 118/78 (down about 20 points)!!! I can't wait to have my next appointment in October so they can do blood work. I want to see where my cholesterol is now. I'm hoping my genetics haven't caught up with me yet. 
I also met with my NUT who told me I have to work on my water intake but otherwise I'm doing good and am officially released for solid foods!! I can't wait to make a strawberry smoothie!
I left feeling very good and excited about the upcoming months and very proud of my progress. I hope all my sleeve twins feel good about themselves at this point. We've come so far and done a lot of hard work. We just have to keep on keepin' on!
