I LOVE the italian style turkey meatballs by Honeysuckle. I put about 1/4 cup speghetti sauce and 1/8 cup of 2% colby jack with them!

There is only one success--to be able to spend your life in your own way.

I couldn't find the Honeysuckle ones when I went grocery shopping so I tried the frozen Farm Rich brand.  They were ok...but I'm hoping to find the Honeysuckle ones and maybe they'll be better.

I make mine at home with a mixture of turkey and chicken.  Sooo much better and awesome nutrition info.  The chicken breast marinated in Beef stock+worc gives it both flavor and a good protein boost.

Is that it to your recipe, Rob? I buy the Pilgrim's Pride brand, I think but making them at home, cooking and freezing them is more appealing to me.....pony up that recipe, my dear!

I don't really have a fixed recipe.  I like to play up with thr flavors - sometimes I'll do something asian inspired with soy sauce, ginger, and sesame seeds.  Sometimes I'll use my taco seasoning recipe.

Once I make the balls, I saute them quickly then bake them.  After that I freeze them.  I usually try to do half and half turkey and chicken.  Now that I am in maintenance I may sub veal or lamb for the turkey.

Its turkey, theres not much you can do to make it taste good, LOL.
