 Chewable made me vomit after surgery.  Doc told me to take gummies.  It is what I live off of.

My surgeon said No gummies ever because we don't create enough stomach acid to digest them properly and they can create a blockage.

While I love gummies (can you say dessert?lol) they have a ton of carbs (compared to non gummie) and since most of us eat so few carbs, the amount is pretty considerable in my overal nutritional day Oh and my NUT says no.

I started after my 3 mo. checkup. I think my surgeon particularly was concerned about the calories that come with eating the gummies, however I don't think I'm going to take them anyway because they make my sleeve feel very uncomfortable, almost painful for about a minute. Then it goes away.

My doctor said to take Gummies. I started then a week post-op. I take the Costco Kirkland Brand Multi-Vitamin. :-)
