Today was my 2 month appt. I have lost 50lbs YAY!!!! I see it in my clothes but I still see th bigger me. I can't wait for that image to change.

I still haven't changed the image in my head. Sometimes I still see the me in the mirror. Sometimes I walk by a mirror in the mall and then wonder who that is. I hope that it changes in time!

month 1 to 2 i lost 9.6 pounds
month 2 to 3 i lost 7 pounds
month 3 to 4 i lost 6.2
