VitaminShoppe I have found to be the least expensive. Free shipping 4-5 day delivery. Sugar free , lactose free& aspartame free. 50 grams of protien . No gritty or slime mixes with water and counts as a liquid. Oh and zero carb in case I forgot that.

Soy protein isolate or whey protein isolate are the most absorbable for our systems.

The only diff between whey (concentrate) and isolate is the lactose has been removed.. so, if you are lactose intolerant, isolate is better, but both are very bio-available. Egg protein, in addition to casein are also good protein sources. I pass on soy, for hormonal reasons, and collagen needs to be given a pass as it is not totally available.. so you cannot know exactly how much you are getting from that.
