Flip/Flop on the scale!

I'm so excited - mind you I only had my sleeve surgery in May. My scale numbers are now flip flopped. I now have less to loose than I have lost. Past my half-way mark.

I have started a bracelet that with each 10 pounds I buy a bead. I'm finding ways to reward myself that don't include food.

I'm off 6 medications, no longer pre-diabetic, more energy and more active than ever!

God is Good!

That's great! I love reading these encouraging post! I cannot wait to feel what you are feeling....Aug 6th is surgery!

Congrats and what a great idea about buying a bead for every 10 pounds. I could fill up my bracelet quickly (I hope). Thanks for the uplifting message. My surgery is a week from today and I live for posts like this.
