water weight

I did notice that I have gained weight while I was in the hosp,,, 10 pounds!!   Will this water weight come off???

Yesit does... It took little over a week for me yo drop the 7lb water weight... I rarely got out of bed and did no walking outside....

Yes.  I gained 10 lbs of water weight over night in the hospital. I ended up losing around 22 lbs the first month.  It WILL come off--just from all of the IV fluids that they pump into you.

Not only do you have tons of IV fluid in you right now, which is full of sodium, but your tummy is probably pretty swollen too, which means more fluff weight. It'll all come off and then some. I would wait at least a week before you start weighing and then see what the scale says.
