Happy HuMp Day everyone!!!  It's the 1st day of August, yay!!! 

I just got back from my 1st walk of the day and it's a hot one outside. 

B: hard boiled egg w/sprinkle of black pepper toscano cheese (I also put tapatio on the egg to spice it up!)
S: my own iced coffee w/1/2 scoop nectar cappuccino protein powder
(I cannot say I am in luv w/this yet.  My coffee doesn't taste as strong)
L: Um, my mom's yummy meat spaghetti sauce, no noodles 
(I am debating if I really want to eat this because I'm not sure of the carb content.  She was just so happy to provide me with lunch today when I visited yesterday.  It's so hard for me to say no to her, plus she makes da bomb sauce ... I am in a dilemma!!!) 

S: 2oz. deli turkey
D: Chicken thigh & few bites of mango peanut slaw

Water: 5 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: sloooowwww walking because my walking partner hurt her knee so we gotta take it easy.

Hi there happy hump day to you too!  I got the sample of mint cookie protein last night in the mail so again thank you so much for that I had it this morning and I love it!

B-  Protein shake mint cookie yum!

L-  2oz of baked chicken and couple pieces of cooked cauliflower

D-  2oz of turkey meatball and a couple of green beans

Water- two bottles down and three more bottles to go

Vits- On track

Exercise- 40 min on the treadmill speed between 3.5 and 4.0

 I'm starting to feel like a pig around here with all that I eat!! Haha

B: coffee, egg white veggie omelette, 1/2 sandwich thin

S: 25 cal peppermint mocha

L: grilled talapia, 1/2 sandwich thin, sautéed veggies

S: Greek yogurt w SF preserves, deli meat/cheese

D: egg white salad and a little bit of chicken teriyaki skewers

E: I'm considering a bike ride this evening or a rest day. My body hurts.

No your are not a pig.  Your further out post op than the others so you will eat more food naturally.  Your doing great.  Looks like you lost a ton of weight!!  :-)  Congratulations!! 

HW 302 lbs SW  279.8 lbs.  CW  193.8 lbs   MFP Jarabacoagirl  Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs,  3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

 (86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

I gotta go net carbs...total carbs under 40 is almost impossible!!

W: 30 oz so far...as usual...seems like 50 oz is my max...gotta get it up to 60 oz!!
V: 1 MV to go
E: Crossfit...I am loving this!  Such a fun, exciting, rewarding and CHALLENGING workout!!
