4 weeks out - how much should I get a day?

Hi OH family:
I am trying to track my food in MFP In the lit given to me by my NUT, the only thing in regards to amounts that I should be having right now is 60-80 grams of protein and at least 64 oz of liquid. I had many post bookmarked, but since that is gone, could a few of you help me out? I emailed and asked about carb and fat intake and was told not to focus on that this early out. But, I would like to have an idea and track it. Thanks!

My surgeon's office says, 60 grams of carbs or less, 800-1,000 calories, and 60-80 grams of protein. Personally, I think some of the more successful VSG'rs seem to be keeping their carbs below 40 and their calories under 600. I am trying to follow this now, since the other numbers aren't giving me the weightloss I want.
At four weeks out, I was getting about 500 calories a day. The bulk of my protein was coming from shakes, and I was having a few bites of dense protein here and there to supplement it and help my tummy adjust to food again. That's just what worked for me.
As you add in more foods and learn what you can and cannot tolerate, you may get to where the calories go up a little and the number of shakes goes down. Right now I'm averaging 600-650 calories, usually about 20 carbs, and about 90 grams of protein a day. I've gone up to as much as 750-800 calories a day and lost, but for some reason I seem to have more restriction right now, so I'm taking in one protein shake a day (30 grams of protein) and eating the other 60 grams or so, which is what puts me at 600 calories a day.
The popular plan around here is 600-800 calories a day, less than 40 carbs, and at least 60 grams of protein. I have to have more protein than that, or I don't feel like I'm eating enough... more carbs than that and I start feeling sick.

Thanks for your post! I think I'll aim for 600-800 cal/ 65 protein/40 carbs to see how it works for me.
