Have anyone tried protein chips?  If so, what flavor/brand is the best?

Most chips are not worth it during weight loss.  If you are looking for a salty cruncy snack - look up recipes for Parmesean Crisps.  Those are good and you can have a few without killing your diet.

I definitely don't want to hurt my diet but you know I kinda miss the crunch.  My nut said they're allowed but not to use them sparingly.  Thanks Rob for that tip, will be looking them up!!!

I 2nd the parm crisps... ( i just take a little parm cheese and microwave for 30sec and then let cool for 30sec) ... They are WONDERFUL!

Other things that work for crunchies are cucumbers / sliced bell peppers / celery.. ( I don't eat much but just a few slices will curb that need for crunch!)

A friend gave me an idea - take some lowfat shredded cheese (cheddar, taco blend, etc.) and sprinkle onto a baking sheet in small circles.  Bake until golden and crisp and let cool.  They are like eating cheese chips.  Haven't tried them yet but sound similar to the parm chips.

Ive tried the one from New LIfe Bariatric (http://www.newlifebariatricsupplements.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=26&zenid=8eaqvhtnj8td3f3brbd387r9e1)
Pizza, Ranch and BBQ and they are OK. The pizza one was the best but they are very thick and leave a little bit of an aftertaste. I bought them long ago and only would eat a couple at a time, and then end up throwing them out, they are not worth the calories:

I think I'll just stick to what I've been doing (dr's plan)...lol!  It's probably head hunger that I'm having and I'll get over it eventually.  But I'm def gonna try the parmesan crisps and the cheddar cheese with taco meat.  Thanks for ya'lls opinions!!

I have a friend who has made spinach chips...spray olive oil on a cookie sheet, lay out big leafs of spinach, sprinkle with salt, bake at 350 until crispy. Going to try it in a few months!!
