Starting to lack energy
I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I'm starting to get tired more often. I have been limiting my carbs because I don't want to backslide but I'm wondering if I need more to help my energy level. I don't eat bread, pasta, rice or anything like that and the carbs I do eat come from almonds, a few onions I cook with food, peppers in a salad, things like that.
I'm less than 40 on my carbs.
