I'm starting pureed foods tomorrow.  What foods worked best for you when you switched to pureed?

I haven't started pureed foods yet - hopefully Friday.  However, my doctor recommends greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and soft scrambled eggs.  I also have some protein oatmeal that I will be able to have.

yep, a soft egg, fat free cottage cheese and ff greek yogurt are the best. you can mix some protein powder in the gy to up protein and add torrini sf syrup for better taste. they also make protein puddings which my husband likes. i also used to cook chicken and grind it up in the food processor and then have a couple of spoons of it in chicken broth. but this might be too much - wait a bit.   diane

My go to's for warm foods were
Blended nf black retried beans with a little melted cheese on top.
Sweet potatoes some with chipotle in them blended of course
A blend of ricotta, mozzarella and parm. With a little sauce on top.

For cold
Blended cottage cheese with different favors of applesauce
Greek yogurt
Sf dark choc jello pudding

I had a tough time with puréed meat, just made my gag at the thought of it. Perhaps because I have never eaten baby food.
