I have a date!!!!!
Can't believe it's finally happening! October 8th!
I first contacted a few doctors in June and have finished jumped through all the hoops! All I have left is a day of pre-op testing.
My husband and are going on a 7 day all inclusive vacation in Mexico (booked before we knew the surgery date) in late Sept and the doctor wants me to lose 5-10 pounds before surgery.
Hopefully I can keep up my new good habits while I'm gone, although it will be hard to say no to drinks on the beach. I have a week and half after we get back to re-focus the diet and then the 2 day liquid diet. And then it's on! I have all sorts of questions and I've been trying to search the forums, you guys are so helpful!
