I am on my 3rd bag of Bariatric Advantage orange cream. Used some post op & still drink several a week since surgery 10/23/12. I use 10-12 oz of water cause I don't like a thick consistency. I also like Bariatric Fusion cinnamon bun with skim milk;haven't tried with water. I take Bariatric Fusion vitamins in mixed berry flavor & just chew them up. Taste is not bad at all for me. The best ready-to-drink protein beverage I have found is tangerine flavor Cytosport whey isolate in the 16.9 oz size & it has 32 grams of protein. Some things I liked before surgery I don't care much for now & everybody is different. I see a lot of people like the Unjury brand protein powders but I didn't like them at all, not even the unflavored. It's good to get some sample packs if possible before shelling out the bucks for larger amounts. Oh, I also like some of About Time's products. SO far I have tried the sample packs of vanilla & strawberry ordered from their website. I have never tried Optisource.

The bariatric advantage Caramel Chews are AMAZING!  We had a rep at all of my nutrition consults and he would pass them out. I'm a huge caramel fan and there were really great.

I just started my pre-op liquid only diet today and am using Optisource. We were able to buy it at our local Walgreens. I think it's pretty yummy!. I had tried one from Unjury and it wasn't as good. I think they both are orange cream.
