Day 10 and really excited!! Need some friends :)
I'm trying to stay away from the protein unless I feel I need the energy or start to feel hungry. Right now this is my diet:
Breakfast: Skim milk and banana shake
Lunch: lean pureed mea****ered down with broth
Snack: Skim milk and banana shake
Dinner: Blended vegetable soup
Dessert: fat free plain yogurt or fat/sugar free rice pudding
I can only finish the soup and desserts. I'm getting better with the shakes but I have to wait until the bubbles subside (its pretty frothy right after the blender). I eat about 14-1/2 the pureed meat with broth but it takes a while.
