I'm new to this site.... Almost 7 months post op and VERY successful!
Hi,
My name is Angela. I am a 32-year-old wife and mother to two little girls (4 and 6). I underwent sleeve surgery on May 24, 2012. I weighed 260lbs when I started my pre-op diet in March, 230lbs the day of surgery in May and today I weigh 142lbs :) I love my sleeve and am excited to share my story with others and look forward to reading your stories too!

Exercise has been a big helper for me. I completed 5 weeks of Insanity and am taking a week off before completing the last 4 weeks. I also had some small issues with a slight stricture, so I believe that gave me a little more restriction than most and didn't discover/remedy it until after 5 months out. I also get the feeling that my body is more perceptive to the weight loss, it seems to keep falling off no matter what I do. I am lucky for sure, but am already tiring of the "Don't get too skinny!" comments. My body will know when it's done I guess. But no matter what the reason, I feel blessed and haven't felt this good since high school.

Hi- and thanks for sharing the successful news. I've just discovered this site, too. My surgery was 12/12/12, and I'm just getting started- looking forward to happy times to come. Thanks for the inspiration.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
