3 days till my surgery.

I've been on my pre open diet for 11 days and I'm always cold and I pee like every 30 min. Anyone else have this experience ?

As you loose weight you are loosing "insulation" things are going to get even colder so be prepared for that.  Your liquid intake is likely more than it was before and therefore more output.  Yes I would say that what you are experiencing is extremely common and exactly how it should be.  

Wishing you a great experience in the next 5 days as those will be tough at times.

Yes and yes. I'm 11 days post op and I'm always freezing. I pee more now than I ever have but I know that's from the 64+ oz of water I drink everyday. I have read alot of posts in here where people always talk about getting cold so I kind of expected it. Good luck to you

Hang in there!  I'm on Day 1 of 5 for liquid diet - hoping to lose 5lbs or so.  Did you lose anything yet?   Surgery is the 2nd for me.  Good luck - we'll be having our journey around the same time!

My surgery is the day after yours!  Yes, I am always cold (never been cold like this in my life) and I pee all the time.  Are you nervous for your surgery? 

Im a little nervous. I got sick Friday fever chills cough. I drugged up on antibiotics fever free sunday and off to surgerybin the morning. I cant sleep though.
