Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup--A Taste Treat

In case you don't know, the chocolate syrup from Walden Farms is delicious and very convincing, even though one serving contains zero calories, carbs, and fats.

I had some today over nonfat Greek yogurt into which I had stirred Torani sugar-free coconut syrup. Yum!

I also got some of their strawberry spread and ketchup but I haven't tried them yet. I found them in my local Luckys, but you can also order from waldenfarms.com.

Hope this might be helpful for those looking for a sleeve-friendly treat.

You will have to update on other things. I remember trying the chocolate sauce years ago and it was disgusting with a weird aftertaste. Maybe they've changed their recipe. I'm going to make my own though. Its in the low carb cookbook I'm trying to master.

My family, in an effort to walk the path with me, is on a high protein low carb diet. (they each have 30lbs) to loose. They are CRAZY about the Walden Farms products. Prior to surgery I found my self traveling to 3 different stores to stock up on their favorites. The biggest being the Thick and Spicy BBQ sauce and the Chipolet Mayo.

Ooh, I'm going to have to try those!
