Getting back on Track

Hello All,

I haven't been on here on awhile, but I'm working on getting myself back on track.  One of the two main things I'm focusing on is staying motivated on here instead of facebook, LOL and tracking what I eat on my fitness pal.  I also drank a protein drink today (don't miss those) and plan on drinking another one for dinner until I can manage to get my daily protein up to what it needs to be.  I am down a significant amount but I have my annual appointment with my surgeon in the Middle of March and I would like to be under 200lbs (currently at 208lbs) so at this point I'm taking it one day at a time and doing all I can get make to to ONEderland.

You have lost a great amount of weight.... I'd post your questions at VSGMG (see my sig) your very advanced and might be good for you to hang out with like minded..... Also weigh in there everyday !!!
