600-800 calories a day.
64 oz of water-or more
40 or less grams of carbs

Lean Protein first. Drink 45-60 mins after eating.

Under eating-eat measured amounts. You are no longer eating to get "full". Eat to satisfied and stop.

If there's more I'm sure someone will chime in.

All of the above plus eating at least 80-100 grams of lean, home cooked protein a day.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the advice. I really need to lose 170pds and I'm hoping with the sleeve and hard work that it can be done

Under eating my sleeve means this to me.....Just because it is measured, doesn't mean you have to eat it!  There is a connection you will have with your new tool/mind. You'll have to be aware and listen to your body!
