So today I had my 1st meeting with my exercise and nutrition physiologists.  Great meeting and learned some new things.  Will start tracking protein and cal's again as well as exercise.  This means that I have 2 more appointments, each a month apart, before I get submitted for insurance approval.  Just a few more steps and will be surgery time.  Very very excited and starting to be surreal.  I cant wait

Congratulations!  It will be here before you know it.  I have a week, Feb 28th and then I will be sleeved...hard to believe.

you and I stated at very similar weights - PLEASE< PLEASE< PLEASE get the ball rolling now on the exercise and eating. Its my #1 regret - I convinced my self that I would just wait until I had the surgery. Take this time to only move forward and start now, eat as if you had the surgery yesterday. Do what ever your body will allow for exercise, for me in the beginning it was only walking. Every pound you loose now will only make your life that much easier when the time comes!
