Goal weight !!!'

I got my weight goal met with the surgeon today had my one-on-one I have my psychologist appointment next Tuesday, April 30th I have my appointment with the dietitian and all I have to do is lose 11 pounds and if I lose those 11 pounds before I get to the dietitian I am ready for surgery! I'm excited!!!

May I ask how you've been losing the weight? My nutritionist put me on the atkins diet but its so hard to stick to idk what im going to do.

 Sorry it took so long to respond but honestly I haven't really started my diet when I do I'm just going to stick to healthy choices and exercise at least 3 times a week. I'm a big soda drinker so I'm stopping that as well. 11 pounds seems like nothing but I know it's gonna be tough!
