any one 5 years out
I am 4.5 years out. Does that count?
I'm doing great. I lost all my weight in the first year. I lost more than I expected to and it's been a lot easier to keep it off too. I think that's because I got into endurance sports early on and that boosted my metabolism. Or maybe it just would have happened. Who knows? LOL
Anyway, I crashed my bike 1.5 years ago and bonked my head and had to stop working out for a while. That led to a 10 pound weight gain for various reasons but my head is a lot better now and I'm doing some light working out and that weight has pretty much fallen back off.
I find that it's a lot easier to make good choices when you aren't hungry all the time and I find I eat pretty healthy most of them time and am not interested in a lot of crap that I used to eat. I still have fun and enjoy food though!
