10 months out - Onederland and 115lbs down, with photos.

 

Hope everyone is doing well in their journey! Just posting some photo inspiration for the newbies and those considering this surgery. I am just over 10 months out and down 115 pounds. Here are some progression photos. I'm about 195 now, and about 20-25 pounds away from my NUT's goal. Things are slower now, averaging 4-5 pounds per month, which is fine with me. I'm so happy and full of energy. I love how much more I enjoy life - and that is the real goal, right? My family appreciates my energy! Good luck to EVERYONE in their journey! May you find your inner happiness, along with your outer beauty :-)

 

The first pics are the most recent, approx 195 pounds, the seconds are about 210 pounds, the thirds are around 300-310 (my highest weights).

Ha thanks!  I am 31, but I have more energy than I did when I was 21!  So happy with life right now... :-)

LOVE the idea to select "pre" photos and then imitate the post in the various "post" photos. Must keep that in mind. You look fantastic.
