It means foods that clear out of the stomach quickly thus allowing us to eat a lot of it quantity wise.  I can, for example, only eat about 4 ounces of steak max.  I could put down a pound of oreos though.

I'm sure if I ate them they would be sliders.... chips. Thankfully I haven't found out if they really are or not because I don't eat them anymore.

Slider foods=goes down easily? I haven't discovered any yet. I thought that lick of hummus this afternoon would "slide by" but it dropped my usual 2 ounces of tofu down to 1.5!

Popcorn?! Really?>!?!??!?!?!?!!!!

Cottage cheese and Greek yogurt were my sliders, but I haven't eaten them for months.
