Did you go more than 4 hours without eating? If not, you are probably not hungry

1. do you have all your liquids in?

2. are you taking your acid inhibitor (if you have one...prilosec, etc)

3. how much protein have you had?

4. Would your hunger go away with 2 ounces of soft veggies?

5. Have you done a search for the term "head hunger"?
