Awesome JOb! what an inspiration you are---- you look wonderful :)   I looked at your youtube video and you said that you didn't know how to figure out net carbs.  this is how you basically take the # of carbs-- and subtract sugar alcohol and fiber- for example if something has 19 grams of carbs, 8g sugar alcohol and 8g dietary fiber the net carbs would be 3g.   does that make sense?

You're doing great!  I'm almost a month ahead of you on time of surgery, but have lost the same as you.  You look amazing!!!  You said it exactly how I feel now too..."free, move around, do anything I want...always tired and hindered."  I wish this feeling would last forever!

Please share what kind of bra you found at Walmart. I have tried so many sizes and brands and can not find one that fits correctly. I have 2 tube socks for boobs.

This is the bra that I wear.  It has the most support when you wear it crossed in the back.  I know what you mean...my boobs are the same way.
